Pharma major Lupin Ltd has received 20 million euros from a patent deal with French drug firm Laboratories Servier.
''The income from this sale significantly boosts our performance for the previous quarter. It goes a long way to demonstrate our Research and Intellectual Property (IP) capabilities,'' Lupin Managing Director Kamal Sharma said.
The agreement, for the sale of certain patent applications and other related IP for 'Perindopril' for multiple countries, was signed between both companies.
