NEW PATENT GRANTED FOR NANOPARTICLE BONE BIOMATERIAL  TO  COMPETITIVE INTELLIGENCE SERVICES (CIS)
Competitive Technologies, Inc. (NYSE Amex:CTT) announced today that it has got a third patent for its  bone nanoparticle biomaterial technology. This patent supports the first two patents and provides additional claims regarding the preparation of the primary components of the bone cement.

This biomaterial has been developed by Dr. Brian R. Genge, a research professor in the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at USC.

CTT has an exclusive agreement with the University of South Carolina Research Foundation (USCRF) to license and commercialize the injectable, flowable, fast-curing, calcium phosphate-based nanotechnology.
